These terms govern your use of 212generation.com and anything you order or give through it. The site is operated by The Refining Co., a registered nonprofit corporation. 212 Generation and 212 Revival are ministries of The Refining Co. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
The Refining Co. publishes the 212 discipleship curriculum and operates a sponsorship program that puts curriculum and Bibles into the hands of students and ministries that could not otherwise afford them. Questions about these terms go to info@212generation.com.
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. Placing an order is an offer to buy, and we may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable or a price was listed in error. If we cancel an order you already paid for, we refund it in full.
Our physical books are printed on demand and shipped by our print partner. Production and delivery times vary, and shipping estimates are estimates rather than guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier. We currently ship within the United States.
Digital products are delivered as a download link after purchase. That link is for your use and, where the product is licensed for a group, for the group named at purchase.
If a physical book arrives damaged, misprinted, or wrong, write to us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund it. Because books are printed on demand, we do not accept returns of correctly printed books simply because they are no longer wanted. Digital purchases are final once the download has been accessed, except where the file is defective.
We text only people who have expressly asked us to, either by checking the consent box at checkout or by telling a member of our staff directly. Messages are order and shipping updates, replies to your questions, and occasional messages about your order, your gift, or curriculum you are using.
Message frequency varies and is low. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of buying anything or of giving. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your number.
Gifts made through our sponsorship pages support The Refining Co.'s work of placing curriculum and Bibles with students and ministries. Gifts are generally not refundable. We direct gifts to the purpose described at the time of giving, and where a specific need is already met we apply the gift to the nearest comparable need.
The 212 curriculum, the text and design of this site, and our names and logos belong to The Refining Co. Buying a book gives you the right to use it, not to reproduce or redistribute it. Do not copy, resell, or republish our material without written permission. Reasonable classroom and ministry use consistent with the license described on the product is welcome, and if you are unsure whether your intended use is covered, ask us.
Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt to break, overload, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to it. We may suspend access to anyone who does.
The site and our materials are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Refining Co. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
We may update these terms. If we do, we will change the date at the top of this page, and the version posted here is the one that applies.
